One of the hardest realizations is that sometimes we already know the answer. We're just grieving what the answer will cost us. The uncertainty, the loneliness, the change, the version of ourselves we'll have to leave behind.
Not liking the solution definitely can cause a pause in forward movement. Sometimes I just wait for the better or the more ideal to appear. Is this me procrastinating?🤔By the way, the treats look yummy. A delightful distraction.😊
ive had career dilemma for a little less than half a decade, and over the years i always made decisions that made my life easier not the ones that would've been better suited for me. i lack the discipline real growth requires, but reading this has helped me realise that im not "stuck" or "lost", im just avoiding the solution because im not ready to put in the dedication and discipline that solution asks of me. maybe this will help me push myself, thank you.
I really resonate with this article and it makes me realise how many moments in life I’ve almost backed out because of all the things that could ‘go wrong’ but in hindsight I’m so glad I didn’t. The only regrets I have now are the things I didn’t do or try
I really liked the part where you said that one reason we remain stuck is because we tend think sooo much about future problems. I speak from experience when i say that such type of overthinking almost paralyzes you, and stops you from doing any work at all. Also that line, "But staying somewhere that hurts you is still a choice, too.", is so on point!

makes me wanna sob, the whole terror of if nothing changes, this is gonna be my life
